CUET PG Result 2023 Link, Answer Key, Scorecard @cuet.nta.nic.in

CUET PG Result 2023: National Testing Agency (NTA) has released CUET PG final answer key on July 19, 2023. Candidates can download the answer key through the official site of CUET PG at cuet.nta.nic.in. The results are awaited.

The CUET PG final answer key has been released based on the suggestions and feedback given by students after the release of the provisional answer key. Candidates were given time from July 13 to 16, 2023 to raise objections on the answer key. With the announcement of the final answer key, the CUET PG results are expected soon.

Jagadesh Kumar, Chairman, University Grants Commission on Monday said that candidates will be updated about the possible result announcement date as the process of finalising the answer key progresses.

Candidates will be able to check CUET PG results using application number and date of birth. When announced, the date and time for CUET PG results and after that the direct link to check scorecards will be shared here.

Embezzlement of public money: CBK files charge-sheet against former Bank Manager, clerk of BCCB branch Hajin

Srinagar, Jul 19 (KNO): The Economic Offences Wing, Srinagar (Crime Branch Kashmir) on Wednesday produced a charge-report against former Branch Manager and clerk of BCCB Branch Hajin.

As per a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the charge-sheet was produced in a case under FIR number 23 of 2016 before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bandipora against Abdul Razak Wani (the then Branch Manager, BCCB Branch Hajin) and Ghulam Ahmad Shah (the then clerk, BCCB Branch Hajin) for their alleged involvement in commission of offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 409, 120-B & 201 RPC of P/S Crime Branch Kashmir (now Economic Offences Wing, Srinagar).

“The Crime Branch Kashmir received a communication along with enclosures from the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, J&K wherein it was alleged that some officers, officials of the Baramulla Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. have dishonestly and fraudulently misappropriated & embezzled large sums of public money in different branches of the Bank etc,” the statement reads.

Accordingly, the spokesman said that a case under FIR number 23/2016 came to be registered in P/S Crime Branch Kashmir in the year 2016 and investigation started to probe into the allegations.

“During investigation it came to fore that Abdul Razak Wani (the then Manager of the Hajin branch of BCCB Ltd.) had entered into a criminal conspiracy with his clerk Ghulam Ahmad Shah as a result of which said employees of the bank had cheated the depositors, forged the financial documents, records and misappropriated & embezzled large sums of public money running into lakhs of Rupees,” he said.

Evidence collected during investigation has established criminal culpability and proved that offences punishable under sections 420, 468, 471, 409, 120-B & 201 RPC have been committed by the duo, the statement further added.

Accordingly, the charge-report (challan) of the instant Case has been presented in the Court for judicial determination, the statement said—(KNO)

Srinagar, July 19 (GNS): Parts of Jammu and Kashmir received heavy rainfall with Katra recording “extremely” heavy downpour of 315.4mm in 24 hours which is all-time heaviest for the area, officials said on Wednesday.

A meteorological department official here told GNS while Katra received all time rain of 315.4mm in 24 hours till 0830 hours this morning; it surpassed the 292.4mm record recorded on 31st July 2019.

Other parts of Jammu and Kashmir also received rainfall in the last 24 hours with Jammu recording 109mm, Banihal 10mm and Batote 15mm.

Regarding forecast for next 24 hours, he said, rainfall was likely in few hours and decrease thereafter.

From July 20-22, he said, intermittent light to moderate rain and thundershower w4as likely at “many places” of Jammu and at scattered places of Kashmir.

“Heavy to very heavy rain is possible at some places of Jammu region during this week,” he said.

The MeT official said that there was risk of “flash flood, mudslide, and landslides has increased due to heavy rain. “

People, he said, are advised to remain cautious and stay away from Streams, Rivers and other vulnerable spots.

Meanwhile, authorities have closed all government and private schools in Doda district for the well-being of the students in view of the heavy rainfall.

Deputy Commissioner Doda also directed all the concerned that “students must be informed, well in advance, about the closure of the schools so that they do not venture out.” (GNS)

JKBOPEE BSc Nursing Result: Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination have successfully conducted the examination for B.Sc Nursing. The entrance examination has been successfully conducted. So, all the students who have appeared for the exam are waiting for the publication of the J&K 2023 Result. The authorities have released merit list/Result. However, candidates can expect the result soon.

The Provisional Merit List /Result of all the candidates, who had appeared in the
Common Entrance Test conducted by the J&K BOPEE in pursuance to above referred Notifications / Notices for admission to the B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. Paramedical / B.Sc. Technology Courses-2023 at Government / Private Colleges of UT of J&K is hereby notified as per the Annexure-A to this Notification.

The Board had received certain representations regarding the wrong answers of few questions within the prescribed dates as mentioned in the guidelines referred in Notification No. 031-BOPEE of 2023 dared 30-05-2023. These representations were examined and the answers were got re-examined afresh from the subject experts, and based on the feedback, the revised answer were prepared which are annexed as Annexure-B to this Notification. Therefore, the result of candidates has accordingly been prepared as per the revised Key which is annexed as Annexure-A to this Notification.

In case two or more candidates have obtained the same marks in the Entrance Test, the Inter-se-Merit/ Tie of such candidates have to been resolved as per provision defined at Page No. 35, Point No.13 of e-Information Brochure which is also available on the official website of Board (www.jkbopee.gov.in).

As per provisions defined at Point No.03, Page No.11 of e-Information Brochure,
the candidate(s), who have any objection against his/her result, if any, shall have to submit a written representation(s) along with a payment receipt of Rs.1000/- to be paid through POS Machine at the BOPEE Offices Srinagar/Jammu for the purpose of re-totaling of marks.

The representation(s) in this regard shall be received upto three working days of uploading of this Notification on the BOPEE website by the Board after the declaration of result. No representation shall be entertained after the expiry of the prescribed date/time. The counseling schedule for admission to B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. Paramedical/ B.Sc.

According to separate orders, Ashok Kumar Parmar, IAS (AGMUT:1992), Principal Secretary to the Government, ARI and Trainings Department, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Skill Development Department.
Yasha Mudgul, IAS (AGMUT:2007), Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department, has been asked to hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, ARI and Trainings Department, in addition to her own duties, till further orders.

Urges Muslims of J&K to remember the sacrifice of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS), follow his teachings, remain steadfast, refrain from immodest activities in Muharram

Srinagar, July 18 (KNO): Jammu and Kashmir’s Grand Mufti Mufti Nasir-ul-Islam Tuesday said that the moon for Muharram-ul-Haram, the first month of Islamic calendar, was not sighted anywhere and that Thursday would be the first day of new Islamic Year – 1445 AH.

Talking to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the Grand Mufti said that no witnesses could be made available on record regarding the sighting of the moon from any part of Kashmir or Jammu divisions.

“The Islamic New Year will now start from Thursday, July 20, and the Ashura will be observed on July 29th,” he said.

In his message Muslims of J&K, Grand Mufti urged Muslims to observe the ensuing Ashura with austerity and asked them to pray for the overall well-being of the Ummah, especially of the youth.

“People should refrain from indulging in immodest activities in the month of Muharram,” he said. “The Ashura has a fundamental message that we should not bow before falsehood and instead remain steadfast on what our religion teaches us.” The Grand Mufti said Muhrram teaches us to remain steadfast on the path of Islam and follow into the footsteps of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS), who was martyred along with 70 of his family members in the battle of Karbala some 1400 years ago—(KNO)
