Terms & Conditions:

Applications on plain paper are invited for engagement / hiring of Helpers / AAYAs under Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) in this school. Applications with documentary proof viz. Gender, Domicile of the particular area where this school is located, BPL category certificate, fitness certificate, qualification certificate, certificate regarding Para 2 of section –C etc. (issued by the competent authority) should reach office of the undersigned on or before 20-08-2023 upto 2.30 P.M.

A. NATURE OF DEPLOYMENT:
The deployment of Helper / AAYA shall be purely terminus and shall start from the date they are engaged / hired and shall conclude with the end of academic session. It can be extended subject to the performance and the approval of funds from the Ministry of Education, Government of India in the particular component. Affidavit from 1st Class Magistrate shall have to be produced by the candidate at the time of joining for not claiming for permanent absorption at any stage.

All decisions of the funding agency (Samagra Shiksha, J&K under the aegis of School Education Department) shall be implemented in this regard.

B. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OF HELPER / AAYA:
i) Only female candidate can apply.
ii) The applicant must be domicile of the ward where approved school is located.
iii) Applicant must be belonging to BPL (Below Poverty Line) category.
iv) The candidate must be physically/mentally fit to carry out her job.

C. QUALIFICATION / PREFERENCE:
Minimum Qualification of a Helper / AAYA: 8th Class passed. In case there is no eligible candidate available in Ward, the candidate with lesser qualification shall be considered.

Preference shall be given to candidates from BPL Category in below mentioned order of priority:
i) Widow
ii) Divorced
iii) Orphan
iv) Any candidate among poorest of the poor in the ward.

D. Age:
The age of a candidate must be between 18-45 years as on 1st of January of the deployment year.

E. Honorarium:
Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand only) per month, which may vary as per the approval in the subsequent
year in PAB of Samagra Shiksha.

F. TOTAL NON-AVAILABILITY OF ELIGIBLE CANDIDATE:
In case of total non-availability of the candidate, as mentioned under C & D sections above, the candidate from the Municipal Committee (concerned) will be considered / engaged.

G. FINALIZATION OF SELELCTION PROCESS:
In case of tie-up of the selection of candidates for Helper, the preference shall be given to the elder candidate (i.e. Candidate with more age shall be considered).

The name of the selected AAYA / Helper shall be displayed on the Notice Board of the school/ Municipal Ward/CEO Office.

H. APPEAL:
If anybody feels aggrieved with selection of Helper / AAYA, an appeal shall be referred to the Chief
Education Officer, Srinagar within period of 15 days from selection. 2nd Appeal, if any, may be filed before the Director, School Education, Kashmir.

I. PREMATURE TERMINATION:
In case of any misconduct, misbehaviour and poor performance while discharging duty by a Help-
er / AAYA, as noticed/reported, the concerned Head of Institution (HOI) shall have the right to terminate the services of Helper / AAYA in consultation with the Municipal Ward with due adherence to the prescribed procedures, as the case may be. The replacement shall be made within 7 days.

J. JOB CHART OF HELPER / AAYA:
The Helpers / AAYAs for pre-primary sections of Govt. Schools shall have to perform below mentioned suggestive tasks:

a) Escorting the children at their arrival, departure, between activities (for example while moving to outdoor areas, play ground and toilet etc).

b) Maintaining the hygiene of the children—Toileting, hand washing, cleanliness of children etc.

c) Helping the teacher in preparing class for activities, like setting up material, making arrangements for day to day activities.

d) Assisting the children in taking food under the supervision of teacher, under PM POSHAN (MDM).

e) Any other assignment given by HOI for proper care of children.

It is notified for the information of all the candidates of classes 11th and 12th in particular and other stake holders in general that:

1- The syllabi and courses of studies for Higher Secondary part 1 (Class 11th) of
the subjects i.e. Statistics, Information Practices, Electronics and Computer
Science have been revised/changed from the current Academic Session 2023
2024.

2- The rationalized syllabi on the analogy of NCERT, New Delhi already informed
vide notification No. F{Acad-C)Rationalization 9th-12th/B/23 dated: 19-05-2023 of classes 11th and 12th of the below mentioned subjects along with the revised scheme of assessment is hereby notified:

Consequent upon the declaration of NEET UG, 2023 result by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on 13-06-2023, and subsequent Notifications / Notices issued by the Board with regard to Registration /Verification of documents, filling up of online preferences and other actions including notifying of Sports
merit of candidates vide Annexure B of Notification No. 045-BOPEE of 2023 dated 27.07.2023 and after due
application of reservation rules as amended from time to time on the basis of merit cum preferences
preferred by the eligible candidates through online mode, the list of candidates provisionally selected for
undergoing MBBS/BDS Courses – 2023 in various Government / Private Medical / Dental Colleges of the UT of J&K, is hereby notified as per Annexure-A to this Notification, which shall be available on the official website of the Board viz www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

The candidates shall report to the Colleges allotted to them upto 14-08-2023 till 04.00 p.m.long with the following documents in original: –

1) Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).
2) Marks Card of 10+2.
3) Domicile Certificate.
4) Category Certificate, if any.
5) Valid Income Certificate in respect of Poor & Backward Category candidates, whereverrequired.
6) NEET Score Card 2023.
7) Compulsory Service Bond by the candidates belonging to the UT of Ladakh, and
8) Any other document as may be required by the concerned college authorities.

The candidates who have been allotted Government /Private Colleges in accordance with their online preferences in order of merit, shall mandatorily have to join against their provisionally allotted
College / Seat(s) upto 16-08-2023 (upto 04:00 P.M.) positively and in case any candidate who fails to join against his /her allotted seat(s) shall not be eligible to participate in 2nd round of upgradation /allotment counselling under any circumstances.

It shall be sole responsibility of the College concerned to ensure proper check and verification of
documents before the candidate(s) is allowed for admission strictly as per NMC (MCI)/DCI guidelines.

After the last date of joining, the unfilled seat(s), if any, shall be communicated to the Board by the College(s) concerned. These unfilled seats against Hindu Minority Quota and NRI Quota seats in
ASCOMS and IDS shall be filled up in 2nd round of counseling for which the date(s) shall be notified separately.

The Heads of the Colleges/Institutions shall open their respective college during holidays including
Sundays falling up to 16.08.2023 and shall furnish the short fall, if any, to the J&K BOPEE by 16-08-2023
upto 05:00 p.m. to enable the Board to take further necessary action in the matter.

1) The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be liable to be cancelled in case any
information furnished by any candidate proves to be false/ fabricated, and action as warranted under
law shall be initiated against such candidates

2) It is hereby implored upon the management of all Colleges/ Institutions to ensure the veracity of
documents, particularly the Category Certificates wherever the admission is to be granted in lieu of a particular Reserved Category. So, far as the Persons with Disability are concerned, if selected in Open merit or against a Reserved category it shall be ensured that his/her PwD Certificate/eligibility is in conformity with NMC (MCI)/DCI guidelines, regulations framed by the concerned Regulatory Authority & wherever required shall refer the matter to concerned Medical Board to assess such candidates and make recommendations based on which Institution shall take further necessary action. In case any candidate does not fulfill the benchmarks of eligibility as per NMC/DCI guidelines, his/her admission
shall be cancelled on his/her risk and responsibility under intimation to the Board.
3) The Board has kept allotment of these 29 CDP category seats of MBBS course on hold because of the
fact that the concerned certificate issuing authority has intimated the Board vide their letter Nos.
20/SBK/CDP/481-82 dated 03.08.2023, No. 18/SBS/CDP/xxx dated 07.08.2023, No. 18/SBS/CDP/761-62
dated 08.08.2023, No. 18/SBS/CDP/755-76 dated 08.08.2023, No. 18/SBS/CDP/763-64 dated
09.08.2023, No. SB/70B/4074-76 dated 10.08.2023 and 18/SBS/CDP/775-76 dated 11.08.2023 that the genuineness of the priorities of the certificates of some candidates shall have to be checked, therefore these seats of CDP category shall be filled up during Second round of counselling.

4) Seats of Diploma Courses (DDH, DDM) at Government Dental College, Srinagar and Indira Gandhi Government Dental College Jammu shall be filled up during Second Round of counselling.

5) The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified by the Board through e- Information Brochure, Notifications and Notices issued by the Board from time to time on the subject.

Says all arrangements finalized to ensure smooth conduct of celebrations

Srinagar, Aug 12 (KNO): Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri on Saturday said there won’t be any restrictions on the eve of Independence Day in Kashmir while the internet and facilities will also function smoothly.

Addressing a news conference here at his office chamber, Bidhuri, as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) said that all the arrangements have been finalized to ensure smooth conduct of Independence Day.

He added that the venue for the main event in Srinagar has been changed from Sk Stadium to Bakshi Stadium in wake of the space crunch as this year the administration is expecting a huge participation of people in the event.

Bidhuri also invited people to attend the Tiranga rally tomorrow from Botanical garden at 6 AM in the morning and also appealed them to attend the main event on August 15, saying that there is no pass needed at all. “It is an open invitation for all,” he said.

He said that requisite security and other measures have been taken to ensure smooth conduct of 77th Independence celebrations across Kashmir—(KNO)

Crime Branch files chargesheet against 2 in land fraud case

Srinagar, Aug 12 (KNO): The Economic Offences Wing Srinagar has produced a chargesheet against two accused person for their alleged involvement in land fraud case in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

In a statement, issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), a spokesperson said that the chargesheet was filed in case FIR No. 27/2021 against Brij Nath Bhat of Srinagar and Ghulam Mohammad Sheikh of Budgam before the court of Judge Small Causes Srinagar for their alleged involvement in commission of offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 & 120-B of RPC.

The statement reads that the case owes its origin to a written complaint received in Crime Branch Kashmir wherein it was alleged that the accused Brij Nath Bhat along with Ghulam Mohammad Sheikh (land broker) had entered into an “agreement to sell” in respect of a plot of land ostensibly measuring 01 Kanal and 10 Marlas situated at Gulabh Bagh, Pandachh, Srinagar to the complainant and his brother.

“Pursuant to the agreement, the complainant had transferred an amount of Rs. 47.20 lakh to the bank account of the accused Brij Nath Bhat. However, even after receiving the consideration amount in full, the accused persons had failed to transfer the land to the complainant. It was further alleged that the accused persons are absconding from their known addresses and have also changed their mobile phone numbers etc,” it reads.

It reads that accordingly, the instant case was registered at P/S Crime Branch Kashmir in the year 2021 and investigation started.

“Based on the facts unearthed and irrefutable evidence collected during investigation, the case was concluded as ”proved” against the accused persons. The chargesheet has accordingly been presented against the accused persons for judicial determination. However, due to the fact that the main accused (Brij Nath Bhat) is absconding, chargesheet against him has been presented in absentia u/S 512 CrPC,” it added.

It further reads that a “Hue and Cry” notice has also been published in newspapers to facilitate in tracing out the absconding accused Brij Nath Bhat—(KNO)
