Transfers and Postings of Forest Officers

In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings of
Forest Officers are hereby ordered with immediate effect:

Sh. Roshan lagg, IFS (|K:1988), PCCF f Dtector, Social Forestry, J&K is
transferred and posted as Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Territorial)
& HoFF, J&K.

2. Sh. Suresh Kumar Gupta, IFS (]K:1991), PCCF/Chief Wild Life Warden,
l&K is fransferred and posted as PCCF/Director, Social Forestry, J&K. He
shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Managing Director, Jammu and Kashmir Forest Development Corporation.

Sh. Sarvesh Rai, IFS (]K:1991), PCCF /CEO, CAMPA, J&K is transferred and
posted as PCCF/Chief Wildlife Warden, J&K vice Sh. Suresh Kumar Gupta,
IFS.

Sh. Asaf Mahmood, IFS (lK:1992), PCCF/Director, J&K FRI, holding
additional charge of Director, Soil & Water Conservation, J&K is transferred
and posted as PCCF /CEO, CAMPA, J&K .

Sh. Sarvesh Rai, IFS. He shall,
however, continue holding additional charge of the post of Director, Soil and
Water Conservation, J&K.

Sh. Vasu Yadav, IFS (]K:1994), APCCF/Managing Director, Jammu and
Kashmir Forest Development Corporation is transferred and posted as
Chairman, Jammu and Kashmir Pollution Control Committee.

sh. Brij Mohan sharma, IFS (jK:1995), APPCF/CCF Jammu is transferred
and posted as Director,l&K FRI vice Sh. Asaf Mahmood, IFS. He shall also
hold the additional charge of CCF, Research & Training (R&T).

sh. sandeep Kujur, IFS (|K:1995), APCCF, working plan and R&T, J&K is
transferred and posted as Director, Forest protection Force, J&K. He shall
also hold additional charge of CF Agrostology.

9. sh. s. senthil Kumar, IFS (]K:1997), APCCF/Nodal officer, FCA, J&K
holding additional charge of APCCF, P&P and CCF Vigilance, J&K is transferred and posted as APCCF, Projects & Planning (P&P). However, he
shall also hold the additional charge(s) of Nodal Officer, FCA; CCF
Vigilance; and CCF Working Plan.

10. sh. s. Rakesh Kumar, IFS (|K:2003), Director, Ecology, Environment &
Remote Sensing, J&K shall also hold the additional charge of the post of CCF,
Settlement & Demarcation, J&K’

UGC NET 2023 result, UGC NET 2023 result for June session, UGC NET 2023 June result date and time: The wait for the candidates for University Grants Commission – National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) 2023 will end soon. According to the University Grants Commission Chief, M Jagadesh Kumar, the results will be declared on July 26 or 27. Once it is declared, the candidates will be able to check UGC NET 2023 result for june session using their credentials on the official website – ugcnet.nta.nic.in, ntaresults.nic.in.

UGC NET June exam was conducted in two phases – first phase from June 13 to 17 and the second from June 19 to 22. The exams were held for 83 subjects in 181 cities across the country. The provisional answer keys for the same were released on July 6. Candidates were allowed to raise objections till July 8. After verifying these objections, the final answer key will be released. It is expected that the testing agency will release the final answer key along with the results of the UGC NET exam.

UGC NET 2023 result for June Session: How to download?

  1. Visit the official website of UGC NET – ugcnet.nta.nic.in, ntaresults.nic.in
  2. Click on the notification link that reads, ‘UGC NET 2023 result for June Session’
  3. It will take you to the login page where you need to enter your credentials and click on the submit button
  4. UGC NET 2023 result will appear on the screen
  5. Download and save UGC NET 2023 result for future reference.

UGC NET 2023 result: Marking Scheme

According to the UGC NET 2023 June session exam marking scheme shared by the NTA, students will get two marks for each correct answer. There will be no negative marking for any incorrect answer. There will be no marks for Unanswered, un-attempted, or marked-for-review questions. In case of incorrect questions with multiple correct answers, credit will be given to only those who attempted the question and choose one correct answer. If a question is found to be incorrect, candidates who attempted it will get two marks.

UGC NET Result 2023 Minimum Passing Marks

All the candidates are required to secure at least minimum passing marks to qualify for this exam. The qualifying marks have been set by the University Grant Commission and they will be based on category. Candidates who belong to the category must secure the minimum marks in order to appear in the further selection round.

The UGC NET Exam for June Cycle 2023 has been completed and now NTA is going to announce the UGC NET Result for June 2023 on 26 or 27 July 2023. Only candidates will be eligible to take place in the selection process who secured at least the minimum marks in this exam. According to the official updates, Candidates belonging to the Unreserved Category will have to secure at least 40% marks while the reserved category will require 35% marks to pass in this exam.

CUET UG common counselling platform for Central Universities likely to be launched next year: UGC Chief

Several students have complained that since colleges/universities do not make their cut-offs public now, students are left blindsided in getting admissions to central universities (CU). However, the University Grants Commission (UGC) Chief, M Jagadesh Kumar, said a project for common counselling is in the pipeline.

“Next year, we may come up with common counselling for all the central universities,” M Jagadesh Kumar told indianexpress.com.

The CUET common counselling process will function almost in a similar manner to the way IITs conduct JEE (JoSAA) counselling for admission in IITs and NITs. “In that case, you (students) need to apply only on a single portal and give your choice of different universities for admission,” Kumar explained.

With this common counselling system, UGC is hoping to streamline the UG admission process. “Once that is launched, the admission process in the central universities will be much more streamlined and it will be easier for students to apply,” he said.

The portal is still under process and the UGC will announce the details soon. The counselling process will be led by a committee consisting of a few central universities.

“This will make the admission process much easier for students and there is a very little chance of seats going vacant, and students can appear for multiple universities,” Kumar added.

When asked about the current college allotment and the allegation of students being left blindsided in the process, UGC Chief assured that the authorities have tried to keep the process “completely transparent, and we try that students should know which college and course they have been allotted.”

They told GNS that a CRPF man got serously injured after hit by train in between Sadura- Anantnag section. The injured CRPF man was immediately shifted to hospital for treatment.

The Commission shall not entertain any such representation(s) after the expiry of the stipulated period i.e. after 26.07.2023 (Wednesday), 05.00 pm.
