Eligibility Criteria

1. Gender & Age: Only women candidates aged 18-37 years can apply.
2. Domicile: The candidate must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
3. Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification is matriculation (Class 10th). However, if no matriculate candidate is available, those with at least 8th standard qualification may be considered.
4. Location Restriction: The selection is limited to candidates from the electoral ward where the Anganwadi Centre is located.
5. Preference: Married women will be given preference. In exceptional cases, widows or destitute women from economically weaker households may be prioritized.
