In pursuit of self-reliance in critical technologies relevant to national security, DRDO formulates and executes programmes of scientific research, design, development, testing and evaluation of various systems, subsystems, devices and products required for defence of the nation. DRDO invites applications from highly qualified and competent technologists for tenure-based engagement, purely on contractual basis, as Project Scientists for Programme of DRDO. Initially the contract will be for 3 years which may be extended depending upon the performance of the Project Scientist and if the requirement exists.

RAC invites online recruitment applications through RAC website (https://rac.gov.in) for the following posts of Project Scientists in DRDO:

Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) has released a new notification for recruitment to the post of Project Scientists. A total of 55 vacancies will be filled with this recruitment drive. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website at rac.gov.in. The application process is underway and the deadline for the submission of the application form is August 11.

This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 55 vacancies of Project Scientists.

DRDO recruitment 2023 age limit:

The candidate age should not be more than 55 years for Project Scientist ‘F’ . While the candidates applying for the Project Scientist ‘E’  posts should have an upper age limit of 50 years. Meanwhile the upper age limit for Project Scientist ‘D’, Project Scientist ‘C, is 45 years, and 40 years respectively. For Project Scientist ‘B the candidate’s age should not be more than 35 years.

Application fee:

The application fee is Rs 100 for General, OBC and EWS male candidates. There is no application fee for SC/ST/Divyang and Women candidates.

Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) is providing Statutory Services to the exporters under STP/EHTP scheme and also extending infrastructural
facilities including High Speed Internet and IPLC links. STPI at present has 63 centers at different locations in the country.

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up below Group ‘A’ S&T and non-S&T vacancies given below. The vacancies are proposed to be filled-up by Absorption and/or Direct Recruitment basis. 4. The University shall verify the antecedents or documents submitted by a candidate at any time of the
appointment or during the tenure of the service. In case, it is detected that the documents submitted by the candidate are fake or the candidate has undesirable/ clandestine antecedents and has suppressed any information, then his/her service shall be terminated.

5. The guest faculty should be able to deliver lectures immediately as per the time table provided by
concerned college.

6. The guest faculty shall be provided honorarium as per the following:

(i) PG/MBBS Rs. 800/- per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs. 30000/- per month.

(ii) Ph. D/MD/MS or equivalent Rs. 1000/- per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs. 40000/- per month.
